This C++ package consists essentially of header files that can be used to build your own implementation. For demonstration purposes, it also contains two wrappers, main.cpp and main_w_density.cpp, which generate command-line based clustering programs. Note that the code requires the Approximate Nearest Neighbor Library to be installed. It has been reported to compile and run smoothly under recent Linux, MacOS X or Windows distributions using the GNU or Visual C++ compilers. The code is distributed under the GNU General Public Licence, Version 3. See the enclosed README file for further details and instructions.
